Meeting Format and site

The December meeting offers members who miss the camaraderie that has been a hallmark of CDS for more than 100 years the opportunity to get together, finally, in-person after two years.  At the same time, we recognize that virtual meetings may be with us for a bit longer, so this month we're offering a "hybrid" format.  Members can choose to attend in-person by coming to the Gleacher to have breakfast and a light lunch while viewing the Zoom presentations from our guest speaker and the University of Chicago residents.  Members who prefer to attend online can continue to do so.  You'll be asked to designate your preferred attendance method on the registration form.  This is important since we will need to plan the arrangements at the Gleacher Center for the expected size of the group.

The in-person meeting site is on the 6th floor of the Gleacher Center, the University of Chicago's business school conference center in downtown Chicago.  It is located at 450 Cityfront Plaza Drive on the Chicago River west of Columbus Drive.  The NBC Tower is immediately adjacent to the Gleacher Center.
